Personal Information

Pauline French

I began my career in nursing, qualifying in 1975 as S.R.N, R.S.C.N at Great Ormond Street Hospitals for Sick Children.

I undertook training in Five Element Acupuncture at the college of Traditional Acupuncture gaining Licentiate of Acupuncture and membership of the Traditional Acupuncture Society in 1979.

I have been a member of the British Acupuncture Council since it formed in 1995.

In 1999 I completed a course at the college of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading, integrating Five Element acupuncture with Traditional Chinese Medicine.

In 2006 I trained in the use of Patent Herbal Remedies.

I undertook specific training in December 2008 and have joined the Zita West network for reproductive help as an affiliated acupuncturist.

I update my knowledge and refine my skills through Continuing Personal Development, such as regularly attending seminars and reading journals.

In my spare time I enjoy pilates, dancing, photography, walking my dog and spending time with friends and family.
